Can I change an item?

If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact our Customer Service to request its return. We inform you that,once confirmed, your order could not be deleted but you can easly return it it you don’t want anymore.

How can I return an item?

Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization by email shop@ruderiders.us.com.

I don't like the product delivered to me or it doesn't fit me, what should I do?

If you don't like the product purchased, you can request an authorization to return the products sending an email toshop@ruderiders.us.com.  The return will be at the customer's expense and the return address is DECO SRL E-COMMERCE OFFICE VIA GALVANI 34, 31027 SPRESIANO (TV) ITALY . Once the goods have been returned to the warehouse their condition will be checked and the refund will be made within 14 working days. No refunds are possible for products received in conditions not complying with the return terms. The refund will be automatically paid into the credit card used to make the purchase and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.

I've received a different item to the one ordered, what should I do?

Should the product received not be the same as the one you ordered, www.ruderiders.us.comwill take full responsibility for the return. When will you send me the refund?

As soon as products are returned to our warehouse for any reason whatsoever, a check is made of their condition after which the refund will be made within 14 working days.

Can I changeor return a product bought in another store?

No. To change aRudeRiders products you must return to the store where you have bought it. Only products bought from e-commerce website can be returned throught the on-line procedure on www.ruderiders.us.com
